Great place,great surf,great people, just watch out for "JEFF".He's a bully in the water to anybody that's not staying at the camp.
I have surfed there for yearsbefore Cardon opened.All the guests I have met at the camp have been really fun to surf with.The owners are really nice people.For some reason "Jeff has taken it apon himself to be the "INFORCER".
It is truly a wonderful place and I hope what ever is tormenting "JEFF", that he wakes up to how great it is and gets along with everybody.
I just got back from Cardone and I have to say that Jeff is one of the coolest people that I have ever met! He is really nice, he would always tell me to go even when it was his wave, and he helped me get better with my surfing abilities. If I were to label him, I wouldn't ever think about calling him "THE ENFORCER", I would just call him the really nice guy that loves to surf, make friends, and make everyone happy.Without him, I wouldn't have had NEARLY as much fun as I did during my stay.
Jeff should be careful who hes trying to bully down there. (Understandable if its surfers from the other near by Patole camp) but since the spots by Cardons' picked up in popularity the locals are beginning to surf as well. me being one of them.
no u will not need booties milagros is a sandy bottom and tiburon is a reef but its only shallow on the very inside and it gets sandy where the waves breaks at least while i was there
1 bull shark at the place they call "Tiburons" hence the name. the shark doesn't bother anyone though. I havent seen him in the lineup, just seen him while fishing.

Agreed, Tiburon and Milagros are great spots.

The resort is fine,the people in charge have a very ugly outlook on life and they think that they own the surf
