yes i know because its a shot,but most ww2 snipers werent that accurate compared to todays snipers,but i mean if you do that i mean youve gotta have some amount of skill to shoot long range.
@HBSangelsremorse Actually, the bolt action rifles in WWII are pretty similar to the M14 or M21 used by modern snipers. As a qualified sniper, I can tell you that the 4 fundamentals of shooting have been the same for the last 1000 years. Also, with the advent of the M82, XM107, etc, range has increased to unprecedented distance. At a certain point, even a slight deviation results in a complete miss. So modern snipers actually have to be more accurate, since we deal in longer ranges.
@jack91x I fully agree ! I´m doing benchrest and that´s not even close to sniping but even a single heartbeat can let you miss the target, even with .338 Lapua or .50 BMG.
