  • You Amerikans should be proud of having someone like Ron Paul!

  • Ron paul is never going to win cause hes old

  • They are fewer wars in the world than ever before. People are living longer, with less disease, and malnourishment is declining all over. The one truth forever is that the world keeps getting better while people will keep thinking it's getting worse. I respect Ron Paul, but we don't need him.

  • i want him for president.

  • @ mossman u are an idiot u support the u.n they want to take our guns away and look up agenda 21 you sleeping fool also the obly reason obama pulled out iraq is because the u.s is no longer in control of the airspace its open season for an isreali air strike get edumucated b4 u spread ur filth in support of obama he is unamerican and was selected not elected to hurry along the process of the destruction of the united states by spending us so far in fake debt we cannot recover ans nazi laws

  • @mossman1223

That's only because you have yet to realize that our government is stealing every civil liberty that you have. You need to stop listening to the Mass Media, who will lead you to believe that RP's ideas are inconceivable when truthfully they are what this country needs.

  • watch truth in comedy:

Ron Paul questions Obama on Letterman

  • Lulz they completely lost they're sense of humor after that

  • forby got owned! sit down son!

  • Wow Forby, you are really really dumb my friend.

  • Haha the woman is completely oblivious to the joke :P *Woooosh*

  • funny thing about stephen colbert being thought of as the most popular candidate of the republican party is that5 he is actually a democrat. his act is to pretend he is republican and take the piss out of them but they are too stupid to realise this. that why he was invited to bushes dinner years ago and wrote of bush to his face. this proves how stupid republican voters are that they love stephen colbert. I LOVE HIM but for his comedic genius

  • did anyone notice the poll equalled 154% with a 3.7% +/-. and none of the people on the set noticed this. are they all morons, sorry silly question

  • @forby24 you're the moron for not realizing that this is a favorability poll and isn't suppose to add up to 100%

  • @SchleckBros HAHAHAHA i hope everyone reads your comment, it is funny when people call others morons and then prove to the world just how stupid they are..... EVERYTHING that uses % to give results has to add up to 100... it is the defintion of percentage (as in per 100) they may show results adding up to under 100 but that means they didnt show all the possible outcomes, but it can't under any circumstances add up to over 100%. i learnt that in kindergarten. but then again im not american.

  • @forby24 WOW you're a smartass. Read the title! It is a "favorable opinion" poll. They might ask 100 people if they view so and so as either favorable or unfavorable. 36 out of 100 view Colbert favorable and 64 have no opinion or view him unfavorably. 27 out of 100 view Ron Paul favorable while 73 view Ron Paul unfavorably or have no opinion. So it isn't suppose to add up to 100 because people may view multiple people favorably.

    Who's the dumbass?!?!

  • I love that look at the end by Willy. Either he's reading something off screen, or he's thinking "I wonder what that endorsements gonna mean /raisedEyebrow."

  • You're a good man Stephen Colbert ;-)

  • The reason why media doesn't like Ron Paul is because most of media (if not all) is largely owned by corporations that produce weapons. The so-called "military-industrial complex". War is good for them. Peace is not. In order to fund wars abroad country is indebted, heavily taxed and freedoms have to reduced.

  • @1:38 - who is this guy and where does he stand? It looks like he has that "WTF, Joe?" look.

  • It scares me that Stephen Colbert likes Ron Paul... and makes sense. I love most of what Ron Paul stands for, and the fact that he doesn't flip-flop... but I get real scared when I see the Paulites. Talk about some nuts.

  • @Smullet90 there frustrated what do you expect, I dont want to see another 4 years of obamas policies, nor will i tolerate 4-12years of Neo cons pushing there fascist agenda, RonPaul or third party 2012 is the only way to go imo.

  • @Smullet90 College students are nuts? Please explain

  • @Smullet90 And all the senators who've endorsed him and Ronald Reagen, who's endorsed him are nuts? Please explain

  • @Smullet90 Have you ever talked or met anyone who supports Ron Paul or did you decide that all of his supporters are crazy because the tv told you so?

  • @eyen91

My opinion comes 100% from interactions with Paulites in the "real world" and on the internet.

  • @Smullet90 Yeah, we call them plants. Trust me, they are everywhere. You can pick them out by their obsession with everything completely nuts. A normal individual will have their one or two conspiracy theories they like or question in public or maybe three, because we all like alien stories so discount that freeby, but the plants are into all the illuminatti/alexjones/young-earth/shapeshifting lizard people/NWO/mole people or what ever craziness. People who follow the money are legit

  • Who doesn't like Ron Paul? Oh the people who believe in CNN & FOX.

  • i think he was sincere in saying that ron paul was the best because he was consistant, but i also think he was taking a stab at him and the other candidates- the other candidates are never consistant while ron paul, though considered by some the worst, is at least consistant in his madness. just my thought. *peace*

  • @heartofagreengirl Sorry bro you're wrong. Ron Paul is definitely not "the worst". Show me some photos and videos of the rallies held by the other candidates with 2500 people in attendance. The people who are voting for the other candidates are doing so becasue the media tells them to. We call these people "sheep". They don't particularly care for any of the candidates but they and the media tell you they are hte best chance to beat Obama, even though Ron Paul ties with Romney

  • @krissmith1986 and Obama, while the rest trail a ways behind. All of the elections have been rigged so far so I think it's quite likely that Ron Paul is actually winning. Thereby making him the best.

  • @krissmith1986 hahahaha you are so delusional it would be sad if it weren't so funny

  • @zisel2 How so? And do you have any evidence to prove I'm wrong? It's well known that the elections are being rigged. When they count the votes while being filmed Ron Paul decimates the rest of the field but when votes are counted behind closed doors he gets hardly any votes. Yet, he always has huge turnouts at his rallies. Are these people just going to the rallies and then not going out to vote?

  • @krissmith1986 to quote a dejected paul supporter after the abject failure of the 2008 elections, "polls are devastatingly accurate." your savior has a dedicated following thanks to the internet, and they will attend every event and take whatever opportunities they can to promote their goblin of choice, despite his very low favorability among the people who make up the majority of voting people (i.e. not you). look up self-selection bias and confirmation bias for more information!

  • @krissmith1986

Ron Paul has a fervent fan base of conspiracy theorists and loons. Unfortunately, they don't make up a huge percentage of the population.

  • @Smullet90 Funny I am a Ron Paul supporter and I am none of the aforementioned!

  • you fucking morons, they don't "change the subject," they listen to his opinion of ron paul then continue the interview. paultards expect all paul all the time (because it's what they do, insufferably) and if they don't get it the "MEDIA BLACKOUT" is the first thing that they turn to

  • @zisel2 exactly...

  • Ronpaul Stiltskin 2012

  • And the one who had to change the subject was also the dumbass that was laughing his ass off....

  • I'd bang the blonde. Hard.

  • That 10 seconds gained Paul some votes

  • @mrsparex I want to believe that, but Paul has yet to win a single state, it's making me so mad.

  • @MrAVEREX Yes it's maddening but on a bright point..less than 3% of delegates have been given. I hope the constitution and the people win and the establishment loses.

  • You know if he'd said either Mitt Romney or Gingrich or Santorum, they'd have gone on several minutes talking about how great they are. But since it was Ron Paul, they didn't really get into asking him much. Just like whenever Ron Paul places in the top 3 in caucuses, they don't spend much time if at all acknowledging it.

    RP 2012

  • hmm I'm thinking... But I don't get it... "..hay into gold.."

  • @ocsspot rumplestiltskin

  • @ocsspot It's a cheap comic shot at Paul's appearance. He's suggesting that he looks like Rumpelstiltskin. Of course, Colbert is a comedian first and foremost, so he's not above cheap shots. But when he was actually praising Paul for his consistency, he was sincere, slipping out of character for a bit, before Joe and crew quickly changed the subject.

  • @damonlazer - gold standard dude.

  • Maybe Ron Paul could have Colbert as his press secretary.

  • 1:39 Guy on far left's thought "Oh shit! What did we just let get by on our show?!"

  • Ehh thats fine i guess at least they asked him

  • JFK really really tried to warn ALL OF US:

"All truths are easy to understand once they are discovered; the point is to discover them." -Galileo

JFK TRIED TO WARN THE U.S. ABOUT A MONOLITHIC & RUTHLESS CONSPIRACY AROUND THE WORLD WHERE HE ASKED THE MEDIA TO HELP ALERT THE AMERICAN PEOPLE. THE MEDIA DID NOT ALERT THE AMERICAN PEOPLE. THE EVIL CONTINUES!!!

JFK "The President and the Press," before the American Newspaper Publishers Association, 27 April 1961

    Ron Paul 2012

  • Stephen Colbert is probably the wittiest man in America since Groucho Marx.

  • @whitedelightdairy i like Jesse Ventura and Alex Jones a lot but people say they're nuts.

  • @ChunkierfishReviews Jesse Ventura is actually nuts. Alex Jones is just pandering to a certain audience, marketing conspiracy, because there are some people who will believe any conspiracy theory out there. Notice that Jones claims to believe them all, but makes a point not to sound too ludicrous. For example, he denies that the U.S. killed Bin Laden in the Pakistan raid, but he doesn't deny that Bin Laden is dead, he just says that he died a long time before, but it just wasn't reported.

  • @ChunkierfishReviews ...It only takes a little bit of critical thinking to see the inherent flaws in Jones' reasoning.

  • It took a few seconds for that to sink it, but that was great.

  • paul / colbert ticket!

  • that wasnt funny

  • Joe is HUGE Ron Paul fan. #FAIL conspiracy nutjob uploader.

  • @H1TMANactual why was he so terrified of talking about him then? why change the subject away from your favourite politician?

  • @Redping2020 B/c he has a job to do. Why don't you go look up the million times he has said he likes Ron Paul or the other million times he blew Ron Paul when he had him on as a guest.

  • Go Colbert! Ron Paul 2012!

  • isnt it stupid how they always say "i think this state is the most important noe because..." THEY DO THAT FOR NEARLY EVERY STATE!

  • wow stunned silence so awkward

  • Colbert is so much funnier then Stewart.

  • Comment removed

  • Matt Damon works for Morning Joe? Look closely.

  • i want to punch joe in the face.

  • @pureaggression

I want to pound his balls on an anvil with a hammer.

  • 1:42 guy on far left.... confuuuuuused

  • Colbert cracks me up.

    Ron Paul 2012

  • Dang that blond is hot! Yam!?

  • haha look at the blonde in the back her eyes light up when he says RP eh o! RP2012-97

  • @cgletts You're delusional.

  • @cgletts 2012 - 97 LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL

    Epic sir, you are epic.

  • From 1:20 to 1:27 he breaks character, which I personally have never scene, and even sounds like Dr P. Colbert puts grizzly bears on notice...Ron Paul puts Colbert on notice.

  • Stick to the Script Stephen !!! Don't say what you mean because other people might wake up. To say that Ron paul will teach you to spin hay into GOLD is like saying that Fiat Paper Currency is dead and useless and before SH*T hit's the FAN you al should be buying GOLD!

  • Its Funny b/c Ron Paul is all about the GOLD standard and it sounds like RONPAULstilskin

  • @MotorCityPlayer sorry man, but your statement was kind of ignorant. Obviously everyone on this site (including me) and many, many people online are Ron Paul supporters. But that doesn't mean everyone else is. In fact, if you looked at who voted at SC, 64% were ages 45-64. I bet you anything they have nothing to do with youtube, facebook, etc. I am positive that the high vote you saw for Ron Paul was mostly manipulated by supporters like you and I, but that doesn't do anything except false hope :(

  • If you noticed he broke character when he said he liked Ron Paul, you can tell by the way his voice changed

  • blond woman totally wants to jump colberts bones

  • @Fryek89 so do I D:

  • Oh sh@% he said Ron Paul. Time to change subject

  • I live in Charleston and actually went to this broadcast with my mom waking up at 4:30 in the morning. I kid you not this was the only mention of Ron Paul in the entire broadcast. I even tweeted Joe that I was sitting behind him and that he should at least mention Ron Paul. He never did.

  • it's funny they say that EVERY state shapes the election... lol...

  • that was pretty funny though

  • 0:35 - blonde bitch "hahaha I don't get it"

  • What the hell is with you and women with yellow hair?

  • Vote Ron Paul! Why even consider the others...do you forget history.

  • Stephen Colbert For President

  • Repubs dont like abortion any time after conception, but a higher than average proportion of these unwanted zygotes will end up needing social programs that they want to cut. !!

  • @10290gilmore that's not true, i personally know many girls who work at a nursing home, who have more children because they get MORE money from the government for each child they have... your logic is reversed... if you STOP feeding the bears, they will HUNT for themselves. it is, in fact, that simple. we have these problems because we CREATE them, every problem we create, creates more victims... everyone wants handouts and will do ANYTHING to not work. you going to let yourself die?

  • @jbkibs I agree, a lot of government programs have unintended consequences. People get lazy and lose their resourcefulness when given incentives to make bad decisions...Wall street is another example of perverce incentives. It's not a simple solution however becuase some people do need help sometimes. I thought it was ironic how republican abortion philosophy can have the unintended consequence of adding to the ranks of the needy. I am pro-choice under 20 weeks by the way...you may not agree.

  • 5 people are in the illuminati

  • Paul,Colbert 2012 "How Patriots ACT"

  • colbert seems like a good dude himself.. sucks he got scared when he started to expose that he likes ron paul's commitments to end the fed. obviously colbert just said "no money.." blah blah, but we all knew what he meant. this is a win!

  • Just seen a poll on the internet where Ron Paul had 81% of the votes as to "Who.do.you think will win S.Carolina"...in 2nd place was.Gingrich.with a mere 5%...Ron Paul 2012

  • @MotorCityPlayer Gingrich won in South Carolina. I suspect bullshit

  • Thumbs up if you think Newt Gingrich looks like a chubby toddler

  • They didn't see that one coming. Nice one.

  • i like how people are standing in the background mesmerized, paying their deep respects to the media gods....

  • Santorum and Gingrich are disgusting human beings.

  • @culwin Hey, be nice

  • This was AWESOME!

  • Go to the Ron Paul website and volunteer with their automated call from home feature that allows you to call folks in S.C. and ask them to vote for Ron Paul. Time to take back America from We The Corporate, their Media Trolls, the Military Industrial Complex's never ending 'War on Terror' and Federal Reserve who finances this Farce.

"A popular Government, without popular information, or the means of acquiring it, is but a Prologue to a Farce or a Tragedy; or, perhaps both." -- James Madison

  • SC uses Diebold Black Box Voting Machines. GOOGLE Diebold voting machines can be hacked by remote control.

  • the joke is about Rumpelstiltskin who could teach you how to spin hay into gold if you guessed his name....he suppose to be an old troll wizard kind of creature which i can TOTALLY picture ron paul being lol...thumbs up if u agree....

  • @imhardhowaboutu The Rumpelstiltskin Joke was in reference to no one saying his name in the media. As if they didn't know it and if you said it he would give you gold. Which is 100% true haha.

  • @imhardhowaboutu Ronpaulstiltskin

  • @DeltaMartialArt

Rumplestiltskin didn't teach you to spin straw into gold if you guessed his name, he let you keep your child.

The joke SHOULD have been "Ron Paul delivers babies, but he only lets you keep them if you guess his name."

  • @DeltaMartialArt lol ok.. thanks for clearing that up for me because i didnt not get it lol

  • @imhardhowaboutu

No,he did not teach you to spin hay into gold, he'd take your baby if you couldn't guess his name.

The joke SHOULD have been "Ron Paul delivers babies, but he only lets you keep them if you guess his name."

But Colbert is a hack who isn't funny.

  • @imhardhowaboutu

Yeah, we SAW Shrek IV, as well as heard the original story.

The joke is "RonPaulstiltskin," but Colbert fucked it up.

He didn't teach you to spin hay into gold, he'd take your baby if you couldn't guess his name.

The joke SHOULD have been "Ron Paul delivers babies, but he only lets you keep them if you guess his name."

But Colbert is a hack who isn't funny.

  • Ron Paul is my president!

  • lol, the talking heads didn't know what to say when Colbert said he likes Ron Paul. All they could do was change the subject as fast as possible. lol

  • @WeBeGood06 It was more because they didn't know for sure who was saying it, if it was the guy who supported Herman Cain or the real Colbert.

  • @WeBeGood06 Joe is a raging Ron Paul fan actually.

  • Anybody that thinks likes RP

  • the idiot who tried to diss ron paul didnt even get the joke.

  • CHANGE THE SUBJECT. WHO CARES ABOUT RON PAUL

  • Comment removed

  • @cogit8able it also means that everything he said is consistent with each other
