  • how much does this product cost and can it be osed to make a car lens?

  • @JohnnyDesaint We have many customers making car light lenses with the poly-optic resins. You need to use vacuum and pressure to get bubble free parts. You must also use platinum cured silicone molds.

  • @JohnnyDesaint Couple of questions. It might be easier to discuss if you call me at 800-858-5990. Temperature could be the issue, mix ratio, Usually 1411 is cured in 1 to 2 hours to a tack-free state. Very thin sections could remain flexible, but you should not be able to put a fingernail in the plastic. The mold material may also be the issue. You can also email me at j.lawrence@polytek.com
