@JohnnyDesaint We have many customers making car light lenses with the poly-optic resins. You need to use vacuum and pressure to get bubble free parts. You must also use platinum cured silicone molds.

Temperature could be the issue, mix ratio, Usually 1411 is cured in 1 to 2 hours to a tack-free state. Very thin sections could remain flexible, but you should not be able to put a fingernail in the plastic. The mold material may also be the issue. You can also email me at j.lawrence@polytek.com
