So, he says the audio cables can fry the motherboard and that he promises he'll show us the right way, like it's a very cautious thing... then he plugs into the yellow connector. What's so scary?
Really like this video...a couple of things...he could have attached the cable to the floppy drive before installing it...makes it a little more easy. Sata connectors...be gentle with them.
@ShiroiKaji To ensure that you have all the SATA cables, power cables, etc. Make sure you do not get any OEM hardware. If an optical drive or card reader says ''OEM'' then you have to hope your motherboard/power supply comes with enough cables. Generally speaking, each motherboard will come with at least 1 SATA III or SATA II connector, for the hard drive. In my case, I had way more than enough cables. These cables can always be purchased seperately on newegg if you find you dont have enough.
Well done, this guy has done a good job, close up shots are really helpful in particular. One manjor fault though, the voice recording of hhis videos are useless. Could he not have the mic near him for his voice to come across clearly.
no the wire is allready in the hardware or cpu case. But the other should you need to buy, like power cable internal parts, sata cable and power sata cable.
Most pc hardware components come with all of their own wires. E.g. Case, power supply, motherboard. Unless the product you bought is an 'OEM' product, it should include all of its cables.
he hasn't screwed in all the mainboard screws, that is stupud. When you are connecting the parts, you will bend your mainboard if you don't screw in all the mainboard screws. It can lead to a cracked mainbord, you dont want that.
hey i've screwed up floppy power b4 and it wasn't hard to do as it wasn't keyed :P

If you put the headphone speaker jack in the wrong place, the likely even is that Justin Bieber starts to sing and you can't stop it..
