@joshdaugherty1111 that's one way of looking at it, but I think the intent was to push the trouble maker on to a competitor to make them suffer the consequences of having that customer. It's bad business ethics, but that's what corporations do these days. I don't necessarily agree with it either.
The best part is when he asks for a recommendation about a good ISP for that, it was like: "Do you know someone who wouldn't mind the spam?", priceless
