yes they speak Japanese. They are Koreans but their Japanese is already pretty good :D And this is a clip from a Japanese show so they speak Japanese in it the whole time.

5: Your first Japan tour has finished, but what do you think of Japanese fans? Changmin--well because we're foreigners we had some insecurities and a lot of doubts in the beginning. But because of fans' intense cheerings and support, we felt relief. So now, we can stand on stage and sing for the fans and be more relaxed. Junsu: We're very happy. Thank you very much!
