Great video! I noticed that you can your stout. Here in the UK it's very rare for a brewery to can any ale, but stout in particular is usually bottled. The benefit I can see with canning stout is that you can add a widget to the can to aid in head retention - do you do this?

Nomads no more! Beer (and farming grains and hops) the foundation for human civilization. Great. Also like the Pre-Yeast Trust in God to transform the Wort. Jesus is reported to have made wine, bet he Brewed too. Certainly had devoted followers. Cheers!
