Great video! I noticed that you can your stout. Here in the UK it's very rare for a brewery to can any ale, but stout in particular is usually bottled. The benefit I can see with canning stout is that you can add a widget to the can to aid in head retention - do you do this?
Nomads no more! Beer (and farming grains and hops) the foundation for human civilization. Great. Also like the Pre-Yeast Trust in God to transform the Wort. Jesus is reported to have made wine, bet he Brewed too. Certainly had devoted followers. Cheers!
Imported from the UK. Makes me proud.

Who is your 2-row provider? Traditional floor maltings or otherwise?

this is a very good informative virtual tour.
...but...
[check the first blooper]
check it out:
he said something like this:
"Hi, im Jason, im one of the brewers here...
come on in..."
(just as if you are to follow him inside the factory the door closes right into your face... hahaha!)
that's not cool.

Is it normal to have a brewer on staff who barely has peach fuzz on his chin?

Nicely done. As a homebrewer running with the idea of expanding into a microbrewer, I greatly appreciate this video!
