Batman and Robin are running Russia. That was the analogy used to describe the relationship between the Russian President and the Russian PM. Putin was clearly Batman. Of course it is true that Russia is ripe with criminals in the leadership roles all across Russia. The whole world knows that. This means that real problems like skilled workers, population and alcoholism are not being addressed.

@jomastretch A nation or group of people that has an interest in seeing a decline in America's global influence. China comes to mind. Now just to be clear, I'm not accusing the Chinese, because certainly there are at least a few nations worldwide who would welcome our demise. It could be something as simple as some country that is trying to get revenge on the U.S. for getting involved in their affairs. Vietnam, North Korea, Iraq, the list goes on and on. I personally believe there is more to it.
