i remember seeing this trailer in the movie theater when i was in 6th grade and just getting goose bumps from it, it seemed so trippy and weird. i finally watched it today, i just turned 16 and its gone up as one of my favorite movies ever. so cool and has an amazing cast with great visuals and music!

I wish they'd feature the actual Beatles singing their own songs. They did the same thing in I Am Sam, they took songs the Beatles made and replaced them with covers =/ Only a true Beatles fan would recognize the importance in that.

But otherwise, this looks like an awesome movie :)

@zahraljmusic well not really... this gives the songs a new light and they reinvent the meaning of the songs. it might have been cool to have the beatles appear somewhere but the cast delivered so well that i never missed the original versions of the songs while i was watching and my attention was never not captivated.

@stevenl2011 I'd say beatles music has gotten MORE POPULAR thanks to the movie. If it wasn't for this movie I probably would have never found out how great the beatles songs actually were. During the movie you get more interpretation of the meaning behind the songs. This movie was not meant to replace the beatles songs.. It was meant to make a movie about the 60's, inspired by the beatles.
