@fusionfaller1 Hmm...I'm not too sure because I never tried KH2, did you check the settings? if it helps I have a Phenom II 955, 4gb ram and just a GTS 250 512MB and most of the games that are supposed to be "playable" play full speed and look beautiful (much better than on the PS2)...

If it helps I've tried KH1 and it plays full speed always from beginning to end, even fmvs are perfect...

Check on the internet for KH2, what plugins are you using and which version of PCSX2?

@MrV902 4 GB Ram should be enough. I have 2 GB and it runs with 60-80 % with the Island in View.

From my experience RAM is the importanst thing for PS2 Emulation so you should run the game fine and with 100% speed.

@MrV902 Sorry but that won't cut it, your Graphics Card is OK but 2.00ghz try overclocking your CPU but make sure you have a good CPU cooler and RAM has 0 effect on performance in PCSX2 since it uses only 300mb of ram.

I would be able to run games better or atleast at 40 to 50fps but my Graphics Card is really bad a Intel GMA 4500M.

And if you get a new PC do not get a AMD because those are horrible for PCSX2

@kim05usa If your core i7 runs at 2.226 Ghz when running KH you wont have any problems (just make sure multithreading(dualcore) is turned on)

@sephirothdowny Possibly. I have no doubts that PCSX2 will run fine on your computer, the only downside is that to run the game with no lag will require a very fast processor with plenty of ram. I run KH's on my computer and it has a Core 2 Duo Running at 2GHz and 2 gigs of ram and it runs decent. So if you don't mind lag during some high intensity parts of the game you should be fine.

@SongHooks1993 What settings do you have on the GPU plugin? You might need to turn on Speed Hacks because the graphics card is below recommended. You may have to upgrade your graphics if Speed Hacks doesn't work.

your processor is fine, but any overclock to 2.6+ would do wonders. your main problem is the graphics card, get anything recent and you will have better than full speed.

if u have the disc of this game then just download magiciso make an iso of the disc then select the linuz iso cdv plugin select the iso you made then compress better it. then reset pcsx2 and press run and then execute.there u go a working pcsx2 iso hope this helped

It's really easy to get it to work. From what I understand you are missing the bios, go and google them. And if you get bad FPS then that means you either configured it wrong or that your PC sucks.

Well if you own a legal copy of the game and it just broke or something you could download the ISO and make it into a disc using IMGBurn. You'll need a modded PS2 to play it though.

Yeah, the default controller plugin doesn't support analog so just get the lilypad plugin. Should do the job.

IF you upgrade make sure it can run other emulators too for example: Dolphin and that it can run your favorite games you might want to play in the future. Just upgrading for PCSX2 is a bit expensive I guess.

Dolphin is another great emulator I have tried. I don't think I will post videos on it though. It runs very fast for MANY games. Runs great on my system. (Well I did upgrade since this video).

You would need a stronger Graphics Card if you wanted to run it without lag. PCSX2 = PS2 Emulator. PCSX2's progress has been slow lately but it runs great on the right specs and plugins. Honestly I wouldn't upgrade my computer for this. PS2's nowadays cost less than graphics card lol.

You dont ahve to make a tutorial, you can make the ISO directly from the editor. They featured it because PCSX is against piracy and wanted to offer that option so people wont have to download the .ISO's.

Me, I'm 50/50 on piracy, if at some point I owned the game I feel I'm allowed to download a pirate version. Also I pirate games to test them out, if I like em enough i'll buy them so I can play them online.
