@Skac01 Its the Hollywood rule of fallings. In their world, when you shot anyone with only one bullet even in the leg.. they will die instantly in 0.4 seconds and be totally death before droping. But.. if you shot them and then they fall throught a window they will still be alive and non in shock so they can scream while they fall all the way down. Probably from the same guy who says cars explode instantly when hitting anything and sometimes even before.

if you look at the moment between being shot and jumping out you can see him crouch a little then jumping, like the pistol isn't shooting at him - it's just a mark for him to start his jump =)
