FACT: Mitt Romney is a supporter of the Seconf Amendment. The strict gun laws he spoke of are that of having laws to ban assault weapons and not all guns. He still stands on this position to date. FACT: Mitt Romney was pro-choice and supported federal funding of embryonic stem cell research. he changed his position when he met a Harvard professor that made him realize it was the wrong choice. He changed abortion and stem reasearch in 2004.
What do you expect from a mormon...they changed their "inspired" teaching on polygamy to get into the Union and then changed their "inspired" teaching that black/dark skin was a sign of sin in order to preserve their tax exepmt status...if their god can change, why not their memebers who are merely aspiring to be gods someday...
This is such a great video... I'm sickened by how many people are fooled by him and his money... his economic record as Governor is horrible... the state was going down greatly in employment and going up in taxes... and as a business man he moved many jobs overseas and laid off many people, is that what we need? i think not... Mitt is only looking out for Mitt.
Funny. "Massachusetts Resistance" (look it up in Google)an organization that has tracked Romney for many years is adamant about his record for helping gay marriage get instituted in his state. The fact is he raised approx. $500,000,000.00 in fees (another word for taxes). And yes he does have a health care system that is socialist. Thus the low approval.
I don't know, "Mitt Romney" sounds a bit French to me, could be a flip flopper. Mitt has his own population he busses from rally to rally. The first mobile state if you will? I hope he spends his entire fortune trying to buy the Whitehouse and loses the nomination to Ron Paul. Has everyone seen seen his supporters stuffing ballots at /watch?v=pljdFb5OjyE
Funny how the people who say he's a liar see him as convincing. And yet they still say he's a liar as if they know it as a fact. Who's the snake? He's convincing, because he's telling the truth. Just watch the video of him entitled, "Mitt Romney implodes," when he didn't know he was being filmed.
It scares me that he has garnered the support that he has. Don't people want a president that can be trusted? All he's showing me is that he will do and say what ever it takes to get elected. I would really like to know what his plans are if he does get elected.
I disagree, Huckabee seems fairly consistant on his views. I'm no Ron Paul fan, but I don't see him flip flopping all over the place to get votes. Both of these guys have laid out their visions if elected. All I see coming from Romney's campaign is his distortions of the other candidates. It's too bad too, since it seems to work for him.
Some of these video segments were probably taken out of the context, but I am convinced from my research that the point still stands. Mitt Romney does a very good job of sounding very strong and convincing at any particular time. The problem with that is that you never know whether to believe him at the time.
Funny. Some say, "We can't vote for him! He got elected in a liberal state!" Here we have evidence of how conservative he was a governor in Massachusetts, but that's also used a means to bash him. The man lowered taxes, left the state with a surplus and implemented a revolutionary health care system respected by Democrats and Republicans. He stood against gay marriage activists as well, thus the low approval.
That's the problem with Romney... I actually agree with most of his views (his currently proclaimed views, that is)... but I can't trust him. I want a president with integrity, not political expediency. Romney appears more and more like a businessman who will say whatever it takes to get the deal done.
He may have run as a progressive but he Governed as a conservative. He vetoed expansion of abortion rights. He opposed a popular tax increase.

This is one of those areas where liberals and conservatives agree. This is not a man to be trusted.

Now Romney is promising aid to the South too.
Buying votes just like Michigan.

Romney left office with a 59% disapproval rating...obviously he was not what he said he would be...i do not want to take that risk today.
He also appointed only 9 Republicans out of 36 MA judical nominees...that scares me.
