Positive changes that could be made to Medicare, would be to pay doctors and drug companies by the results of the patients they treat.
Currently doctors, dentists, and drug companies are payed by the number of treatments or procedures and the status of the patient is a non factor.
I have first hand knowledge of people labeled professionals milking the system with unnecessary appointments and mistakes all of which were of no value of the patient but were still billable to Medicare.

They steal your health and money one appointment at a time! America is going downhill! Freedom to Fascism! I can't BELIEVE that people think this guys is so great! You really give me hope to my freedom in the future. I might start envying my parents who lived in a country that was once free.
I would assert that it is the labeling of socialism and other such words give lead to such lame band aid solutions like Obamacare.
While Obama has certainly been one of the if not the most productive president in history in terms of the number of issues he has tackled, I don't care for all of his decisions but I believe his Medicare changes in the words will really pressure doctors and pharmaceutics companies into positive change.
To the other point made in the video regarding Obamacare as it is so put, I will disclose I personally don't care much for Obamacare. Its not the direction I would have liked to see the country go. I wanted a true public system as in Canada. But the obviousness of the situation in healthcare's rocketing cost always quadrupling or more the inflation rate yearly should in any case warrant action on both sides of the aisle. The same could be said of college tuition.
@ViolentKisses87 I LIVE under a much better system than Canada (you know Ontario did not even have an escape hatch - if they don't pay you go to the US or die) or England, but I still would much prefer no socilized health care at all. The Mrs. voted for Obama and our stint under socialized medicine made her dead set agaisnt it.
You want reform? Get rid of dual pricing/tax rules (one for insurance companies, one for everyone), restrictions on out-of-state insurance, and reform all tort law

Unless this video is directed toward millionaires and billionaires whom can and did live live comfortable in 1940 through 1963 with a 81% to 94% top tax bracket?
Personally I think the 250k+ tax increase is abit low i'd like to bump the bracket receiving the increase to perhaps 400k+.
