dude omg if you havent played the games dont say stuff that you dont know!! its not 300 years in the future when he goes through the rift it takes him to the past pay ATTENTION!!!!!! this is why it shows samos as younger not older...

Right back at ya! Young Samos and kid Jak travel in time to the past, where Jak 1 takes place, in the end of Jak 2.

So the whole thing about paying attention and playing the games applies to yourself.
