hey guys if u are trying to figure how to had this sound for log on ,first right click and go to personalization,then sound ,you will find a clip in the bluevision folder ,then pull it out to ur desktop and at the sound u can click on log on and click browse and choose this track

All you have to do is download a .mp3 .vlc .(whatever audio file) search you windows for "Startup" put the audio file there and there you go "Welcome back commander".

@halfhalo33 Not sure if this guy used the same method, but ill tell you a quick n' easy way:

1. Grab the sound file (byte) you want to use.

2. Open Control Panel

3. Go to Hardware and Sound

4. Under sound, go to "Change system sounds"

5. Under "Program Events", look for "Windows Startup" event and once selected, hit "Browse" and choose your file!

uh, no because I downloaded this skin to get that soundclip and there is was. I have a different rainmeter theme and I cut out the "Philadelphia uplink successful" part, but I got it to play "welcome back commander" whenever I log in.
