I like your videos! However, one little suggestion: you should film Fumi a little bit more, since, as I understand, this channel is for both of you. It's just that I've noticed that in most of the videos, you appear 90% of the time. Yet, your videos are still lovely :)

@Katinaboxbabe I have to be very careful filming Fumi, she gets upset if I over do it. I would love to just film her 99% of the time asking her questions. She likes watching the results of our video's & I know she'll appreciate it in years to come. But she grows easily tired of the camera, so I often ask her questions & then repeat what she has told me on camera. So although she does not appear so often, she plans our J trips & provides the info. Thanks for the kind words : )

Love this video, that is the kind of hotel I like. Made me dream back to a similar hotel in Nikko, they also had Onsen, both indoors and outdoors, in the hotel. Love it.

Glad you liked the vid, I'm trying not to cut out much footage, but still only using like 25% or less in most of these vids. Its very hard to imagine what people like to see in J vids.

Nikko rocks man, beautiful place, one of my favourites. The hotel you stayed at sounds pretty cool. I wonder if its the same one we stayed at, in our Nikko vid. They had outdoor onsens, but they were'nt for couples, we used the indoor couples one. Outdoor onsens rock, I should have done it!

Nice place. How do you like sleeping on a futon in the floor? We stay with the in-laws in Tokyo and it gets to me after a few weeks. When we get back home the bed sure is grand.

I always miss my bed anywhere I go, but in Japan its usually the pillows I find uncomfortable. Here, In-laws place in Tokyo & the olds place in Nagaoka. We sleep on matresses on top of the tatami mats, so they're pretty good. I just wish I had enough space in my suitcase for my comfy pillow : )

One thing that's gonna take a bit to get used to living in Asia is having tables that are low to the ground at some places. I'm not very flexible, so it's tough for me to sit at those style of tables I find.
