I agree with pretty much everything, except that I don't think government funding should be equal for all. Different places are going to have different needs. It's like asking someone why they need $10000 as bail when they only needed $20 yesterday to buy a book.
Drugs being legalized, will not deliver that big of a blow to the cartels, millions of people in other countries where it is illegal, will keep the illegal trade going. And much of those illegal drugs are VERY harmful to the human body.
@iJake2010 He's not saying we should legalize drugs because it will have a negative impact on the cartels, he's saying that the government shouldn't have the right to regulate what you put in your body. Drug use would probably stay around the same.
