I lived in Jeddah for almost 2 years and worked there as s software architect. I attended Salah led be Hani many times and I strongly believe that this guy is simply the best in recitation. I was wondering why the best reciter shouldn't be the Imam of our most holy mosque, i.e. Mecca.

And listening to Ar-refaa'i just makes me in awe of what Allah must sound like reciting His words, when His creation can do it so beautifully. SubHanAllah. It is indeed a sign for those who believe.
