@mrssandrahill thanks for your kind comments, we watch it a lot as well but for a different reason the tall boy Luke who jumped died a year ago, he was my grandson.
@charliechan3 sorry to hear, at least you have the memories to cherish and that's priceless! Jamaica is special, and it's not because I live her why I am saying this. Great video!
Ricks Cafe is amazing, the sunset, the music, the people, the food. Also just a suggestion, if you plan on jumping, jump from the lower level to start, I've seen people get hurt jumping from the highest level simply because they don't know the proper technique on how to land in the water, so make sure you ask before jumping from the high level!
@jamaicantourguide i hurt my balls landing in a cannonball position instead of a pencil dive...man that hurt. if you do a belly flop or land on your back your definately gonna hurt yourself
Just come back and did the jump... Loved it, next guy dislocated his shoulder after me the way he hit the water..ouch!! Can't wait to go back. Yeah mon!!
@charliechan3 ive been to jamaica 4 times and had never been to ricks, always heard people on trip advisor and other sites say its an overpriced tourist trap and not cultural and all this other crap. i actually had a good time there. it is on the expensive side for jamaica but not really any worse than a bar back home. the atmosphwere is cool, sunsets are beautiful, watching the divers is fun and jumping is a blast as well
@rulesforrebels That is some perception of the other parts of the Island, but truth is no one troubles a tourist here. Go out and have fun but like everywhere else you just have to be careful.
Fu!k me at the start those two boys I saw when I was there they literally clean you out of your wallet
