Its hard to argue with the perfection that is Big Bang today but I try to imagine them with Hyungseung and even though they may might have had a very different look I think Hyungseung was very much worthy of a position on Big Bang. He is undeniably the strongest member on BEAST vocally. Then again I think adding another member would have just taken too much space and supressed the other member's talents and someone had to bite the bullet. Im happy to see Hyungseung thriving with BEAST.
