mmm might be good to leave note saying that this will not work in Dynamis or particularly in the case of most battlefields because mobs are scripted differently.. Dynamis mobs don't have the confused status delay before they can aggro again..
Another tip: you can use it to completely avoid aggro. If you attack an enemy and deactivate, you can run by while the enemy is "confused". You can also use it after you've already gotten aggro, so long as nobody in the party has hate.

Trouble is that SE changed the way Activate and Deactivate works so this strategy isn't that useful anymore.
But nice that you took time to help fellow PUPs out!
