You know what's funny? It smells really bad, the land it's built on used to be a sewage treatment plant or something. So while it's nice on the inside, you wouldn't want to be living there. Oh, and did I mention they're also building a rail network to China underneath? Sewage and heavy construction..do I want to live there? Hm...no thanks.
