The dog might have an infection of the foreskin. It can easily be cured with 0.05% clorhexedine in a couple of days. If you dont know how, go se a vet. When dogs rub them selves like that, its often due to irritation or infection.
@ LocosRule: Your dog need to have its anal glances emtied. If you dont know how, go se af vet...it can be rather painfull for the dog if you dont.

My Jack Russel does this too! We thought that maybe she had funny hips or something as she trails herself along the carpets on her belly with her two back legs out just like that dog! they must like the feeling on their stomach or something!
Haha, my JR mix does something like that. Except we think he came up with it as an alternative way to scratch when he got fixed and we had to tell him to "no lick!" his stitches all the time.
My Jack does this too, but he doesn't move his back legs, they just pull behind him. It is so funny. He loves to do this with a toy in his mouth, growling. I will try to catch him and post the video.
