When Gongoron is in the "ball" stage, where he can destroy things, to make him jump just tap the rock or enemy you want to attack.

Bombchus are 3 things, mice, cats and fox's. Why cat and mice? Cause it looks like both of them. Why fox? Because it looks like Keaton's face, and keaton is a fox...I think

The Bombchu bag? You'll probably see it in the video. it's when Link stands on one switch and Gongoron on another, after you (playing as Gongoron) have destroyed all the boulders and enemies
