Nice but muddled. When in proper syncronicity i believe the base should lead on every 1 and 3 and every one should "pulse" with this, like an chord played on an organ. Perhaps i am too particular but if they got this right then the peice would most certainly evoke more emotion.

LIsten when the third flute enters and repeat the part in the lower octave, it is a B that is played, and not a B flat like at 0:24, though the chords are the same. Yes, I do think that this ensemble can play wrong notes, as everyone can. They still remain incredible flutists. If this note was on purpose, then, in my opinion, it was a mistake.

It IS a false note, in fact. The chord at that precise time is supposed to be E minor, but with the note played on the video, it makes an E diminished chord, which hasnt his place in the canon. Everybody can make mistakes.

By dropping that note 1/2 tone she created a 7th chord, which may have simply have been her interpretation. It has less of a dissonant sound than a modern sound because it does create tension that is resolved in the next measure.

Very good... Except for the ridiculously wrong note in the very beginning. I understand that playing in front of all those people that one could get really nervous, but there's no excuse for that. Unless, like, you partied the night before and you didn't get any sleep, or maybe your dog died, or whatever other animal you may have, and you didn't get any sleep.. hmm... or maybe your car died or you had a flat tire and you had to run the rest of the way there and you just caught your breath...

Canon means stuff built upon a repeating passage-- the beginning. If the B flat is meant to be there and is part of the Canon then it should be repeated. that accidental is never heard again, clearly a mistake. Anyone without score should notice that.

its not wrong, just a different style than you have evidently been using. I definitely think that it fits what Pachelbel intended for the piece.

I think they chop the notes because of the reverb and accoustics of the room. I too prefer the sustained version over the staccato version but I think they're doing what musicians do best--adjust.

Yes, I play flute, I have never thought the Arrangement in C was easy though. But that is probably because I knew the arrangement in D though.

It is a bit easier, believe me, and what is most important, that I can give the low C to the 4th flute and it extends the whole range, it's very important for this sort of ensemble without low bass.
