As soon as we were free of DHS in Colorado, we ran like hell back home to Indiana. I stayed quiet for two years because I was warned that if I said anything, they would be back to take her again, this time permanently. I'm not quiet about it any longer, and they have never shown their faces again. They are the corrupt ones.

good for you, It's good to see a well educated Mother who's getting to the bottom of things, so many people think they can't. Prevention is the only key that will stop the fuckery involved in dealing with CPS, It doesn't look like there going to change, people need to be more educated about their parental and legal rights.

Also, confidentiality is always justified in the case of a minor as a way of protecting their privacy. The problem is that the leeches that work in the social welfare field, social workers, psychologists, lawyers, and judges, have all realized that these laws designed to protect children can also be used to shield their actions as well. I was actually threatened with arrest for producing documents proving that a juvenile was sexually assaulted in a correctional facility.

Hi, was getting ready to post a comment when I saw your update. I was going to let you know what you read is basically a form letter. They get so many complaints about various things, like CPS, that they have form letters that they just fill in the name and address of the person it is sent to and send them off. The phrase "I can not advise you on your case due to it's legal content" is a dead giveaway. I've seen that type of disclaimer in a lot of response letters and e-mails.

My Wife and I are in a dispute with the CPS here in D/FW Texas. They think that they are the rulers of children. The case worker told my wife that it is her ( the caseworkers ) responsibility to make sure that the child is safe and the parental rights have no jurisdiction over her ruling.

I perceive myself to be intelligent, although self educated, I am no fool. The CPS think that they can run all over the American Family. We will persevere, we are strong, we are America. Fight or Flight.......

Secret Court and Gag orders is to protect the GUILTY. In America we have our FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS. Each Judge signs an oath of office and they swear to uphold the US Constitution. Why don't they follow the law?

Using the children as their hostages under this domestic terrorist corporation. CPS Doesn't want the public to know what they really do. Juvenile records are confidential. So is the CPS "therapy" they give children to turn them against their parents. They use isolation and manipulation to keep kids in their system....all for a PROFIT. This is one very sick agency!
