I know how to get it but it requires one brother slot so you can have up to 5 brothers MAX

and most probabbly your game will crash when you use the Meteor Server Code so yeah.

Yes, change the name of your japanese save file to your english game, and it even fully translates the satellite server into english.

Not quite. CoA wanted to include NKG, SSS/MS and Rezon/Purpose cards to sell in this game, but couldn't distribute the cards because of licensing issues with CoJ. So they locked the access at the last minute. Look at Protodude's Rockman Corner blog or a thread on Capcom-Unity a player started to find out the answer of why it was locked.

Yea, I think you're right. I tried it with two different files that had NKG and I couldn't find anybody either.

Yeah he's right. NKG is filter on random Wi-Fi until someone makes a code to break it. But you can still use it to battle with brothers and rivals.

It's kind of like having Black End Galaxy leftover after you've finalized and run out of finalize turns—you can still use it.

There's no way to get it legitimately in the US version. To get it, you have to get your US save file, load it in the JP game, input the LV1 Satellite Server code, save it, then load it in the US game.

To input the code, you have to hold 'Y' and tap an empty bro slot in the Brother screen.

I'm still wondering that as well. The CoA's Megaman website has a Rogue ZZ link (it's disabled right now, says "Coming Soon"), so my guess is that they'll have it as downloadable content....to unlock it I guess...no one knows for sure right now.

I had to go through a bit of a loophole to get the Meteor Server—load my US save file in the JP version, input the LV 1 code, then load it back in my US game and level up there.

Currently, possibly forever, there isn't a legitimate way of getting it. I'll be using it in my vids to show it off.

I had the JP rom. I had to rename my US save file to the exact same filename as the JP rom, then input the codes, save it, rename it to the US rom's filename, and level up there—that's how I did it.

On the Brother screen, while holding 'Y', tap on an empty bro slot. Select yes and a touch input screen will appear. Input the LV1 SSS code and you'll get a LV1 Access card in that bro slot. Using a certain card(s) will level it up to the next level(s).
