However, Saudi women are chaffeured around by their own chaffeurs and their husbands bringing food to the table. They see it as ''pampering''. Whilst women in the West see working and driving a sign or liberation and freedom - it differs for women in Saudi.
Some people are happy the way they are living - and there are those who do not, which make them step out of their boundaries. In Saudi, they are dressed more conservatively then they do in the US or other countries but it does not mean they are opressed. well, thanks for asking first.. ... others just make judgements which is sad... in saudi, after one proposes , usually after many other steps such as asking and knowing him,, you have a period which is called (Khotba) which can last for several months but without sex (its sick with sex before marriage)....after you are sure you want that guy you either continue and have the marriage ceremony (after that you live together).. or simply don't continue... its nice isn't it !

There are at least 3000 known converts from Islam and they have been threatened by Muslims. Many young Iranians hate the government and the Mullahs and are turning to Christianity. Plenty of videos here on it. Some years ago a friend was in Turkey and one Turk told her we are leaving Islam, we want to worship nature.

LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL nuns are enjoying looking like part of the 21st century, many of them are very involved in social work and need to dress like normal people.

In the school I attended 40 years ago the nuns wore veils that showed a few inches of hair. Now many of those nuns have gotten rid of the veil and use their baptism names. Some people are happy the way they are living - and there are those who do not, which make them step out of their boundaries. In Saudi, they are dressed more conservatively then they do in the US or other countries but it does not mean they are opressed. Same goes with women who wear heavy rings around their neck - if they choose to live that way then so be it. After all, they do have the RIGHT and FREEDOM to choose how to lead their lives.
