  • That shit is deep !

  • Peaceful

  • "for the love is a hard reason to keep my life in suspension"

  • my ears just busted a nut

  • Better than EMO Rock. It has a combination of R&B with Underground Hip Hop.

  • So...damn...beautiful!

  • This song illegally samples:

"Leftover Wine" by Melanie Safka (from the 1970 album "Candles in the Rain")

"Candles in the Rain" by Melanie Safka (from the 1970 album "Candles in the Rain")

  • @Hypebusta and no one truly cares. thats whats great.

  • @caviano Are you everyone? I don't think you are.

  • @Hypebusta than you thought wrong.

  • @caviano if that is your true belief, then i would suggest for your own good and the good of other people (who do exist) that you consult a mental health specialist.

  • @Hypebusta i think you should hop off the legalities of underground music. bands and groups will use illegal samples of songs all the time. they're not becoming millionaires off it. theres no reason to bitch or moan.

and replying to an obvious troll comment...

  • @caviano i don't know what you mean by "an obvious troll comment". i try my best to take words at their face value, and so i assumed that your comments were legitimate. in this case, why did you waste both of our time? you are entitled to your own opinion and so am i, but stating that "no one cares" is a blatant falsehood and also rude (in my opinion).

  • @caviano I have a moral issue with artists who knowingly steal music. Melanie Safka is not a millionaire either, and she wrote her own music on her own, unlike CunninLynguists. What makes you think that CunninLynguists is more deserving of profiting from the result than Melanie Safka? There's no logic or morals to that. In addition, I was posting a list of samples that I originally researched, as in I haven't seen this sourced anywhere, which makes this knowledge new to people.

  • @Hypebusta You have a moral issue with a technicality of the law. If man's law, which is inconsistent and subject to whims of very imperfect politicians, determines your morals then something's wrong. It might be appropriate to call this sort of sampling "stealing" if they hadn't dramatically changed the song, but this hardly resembles Safka's original. I'm running out of characters, but the arguments for copyright in the art world are all laughable at best.

  • @xjtbarnesx Very well said good sir.

  • @caviano the moral argument i just posted is one of the main reasons WHY there are laws governing intellectual property.

  • @Hypebusta sure, what are the odds that melanie safka could be contacted by an underground band to use some sample that wouldnt see any money worth mention?

i have videos online which use clips from titanic, and mariah carreys song on there, not because we thought itd sell anything, only because it was relevant to the song.

would you complain to anti flag for using segments of speeches in their songs?

its not about the money in cases like this. its about connection.

  • @Hypebusta why talk about laws?.. good people don't need 'em.. i'm pretty sure that Kno does not think like you, therefor he is not wrong in what he did. You also arent sure they don't have any sort of agreement and i think that if someone would sample one of the beats or just use it they would not have anything against it since APOSMUSIC has uploaded many. i understand what you mean, and you're right. But you can't judge anyone?..

  • Så relaxing....<3

  • @extremeTimes uhhh dude wtf is wrong wit you? the reason why hip-hop is dead is bc people supporting bullshit mainstream music like you, your gunna tell me ludacris is better then slug? jus bc it doesnt have tht "new york" sound? well first of all im from new york too and theres a hell of alot better rappers from other states then jus new york and luda is whack jus stfu and crawl in a whole bc noone wants to hear your hater bullshit.

  • Anyone know what song they sampled the womans vocals from?

  • @bleachgodsballs7 Leftover Wine by Melanie. Great song and pissed they beat me to it but its cool if you know anything about Melanie that how you can hear a voice at the end say lay it down, lay it down, like the song

  • @jeffreybiderpdee Yeah found it after a little googling thanks though. Apparently Kno doesnt like to reveal the source of his samples because he doesnt pay royalties, lol.

  • @bleachgodsballs7 The guitar play and the vocal is sampled from: Melanie Safka - "Leftover Wine"

  • @bleachgodsballs7 dont be such a goof

  • This is not Hip-Hop. This is weak. New York is Real Hip-Hop. A Tribe Called Quest is real Hip-Hop. Gang Starr is real Hip-Hop.

  • @extremeTimes What are you trying to say that only good hip hop is from New York?

Thats a sucker statement sure it was born there but Hip Hop knows no bounds

You do know guru was born in Boston son

  • @jeffreybiderpdee dont be stupid. Yes I do know Guru was born in Boston. (RIP) but dummy, That New YORK sound is REAL HIP-HOP. Just look at Ludacris for example, nigga is from the south BUT in every album he had, there's always 1 or 2 songs that has that New York vibe. You're not gonna understand cos u aint from New York. This isn't HIPHOP. This is more of EMO RAP.

  • @extremeTimes There are so many things wrong with what you just said I don't know where to start. First of all, who the fuck cares about Ludacris?! Second of all, are you saying all hip hop should sound the same and if it doesn't than its not hip hop? It's EMO rap?Tha fuck?!? Why should a whole genre be restricted to one sound thats retarded as fuck and I don't care if im not from NY neither is DJ Premier but I guess he aint hip hop right? If anything Hip Hop needs to be diverse to stay relevant

  • @jeffreybiderpdee like the way you put it. and i feel the same except that im from belgium :p

  • such a chill song, to bad its so short

  • WOW..... SHIVERS !

  • yeah this is for sure their best song , this song introduced me to cunninlynguists and took me deeper into the world of underground hiphop

  • @jakeycakeyz a story often told :) rjd2>diplo>cunninlynguists radio hip-hop is a joke. In the underground, hip hop is the king

  • @jakeycakeyz indeed so ...
