Jimmy said he killed people in his own written testimony and now he denies it.. so what do think that means? i guess he's lying one way or another huh? if his testimony is the lie.. then to me he's a fraud... His testimony is pretty good evidence to your average juror. if he's testimony is not a lie, why's he denying it..either way Jimmy hughes is lying. convenient that he tells us its lie when he got caught!! and he said he killed 6 people and they only got 3 bodies! he even lied about that!

He appeared in court, claimed he's 'not guilty'. He waived his right according to the law to have a fast hearing, and the judge set bail at 1 million dollars. Is that what you were confused about ositochai? or something else?

He's clearly guilty of these murders, and like Baca said in the video, he's been boasting of having committed multiple murders. If those stories are phony and for ministry building, then he's some rip-off charlatan evangelist. If those stories are true, then if he was a true Christian as he claims, he'd turn himself in. Christians don't claim to be above the law even if they have repented before God. Repentance and consequences go hand in hand. Take up your Cross, Hughes, and repent for real!

I'll take it a step further too, and say that a true Christian probably wouldn't have threatened me either, and would have said sorry during the confrontation, if not on the phone when I called one of the many times before I was forced to confront him.
