Try using a 3 liter coke bottle for a replacement cowl either end.....indestructable and readily availiable
I turned the servos thru the wing and flipped the control horns to the top..... no more stripped servo when "landing"
I am in awe of your Gorilla repair skills in just a few more flights I will have a beast to match the beauty of yours.........40% tooth picks and Gorilla glue
@ENSIGNELIMINATOR Hi En, I actually tried a spindle cover from a 50 pack blank DVD case.
I rebuilt it but have not put it in the air, black metallic paint job
I have aftermarket retractable gear BUUUT one side is a little wobbly (the unit not the install) so there is a wiggle when it taxi's so im a little paranoid about a perfect landing going to shyte with a wonky wheel :)
thanks for watching, I picked upa a DSM 2 receiver for my Supercub at Christmas.. I really should put that in HUH
thanks, only problem i have is that the two screws that hold the front piece of the motor are not in my version, so i can not get the axle to detach from the front motor part. very annoying, the holes are there but there is no hex head screws in there..
anyone else have that problem? of yeah the little washer ring on the back is also on mine
Thanks for the instructional video! Now I feel better about changing out my own outrunner motor shafts.

@RangerHenk HI Ranger. Another flyer asked me that at a field, His had a black threadlocker where mine was red,
try using a heated pin or Pick and see if there is a theradlocker filling the hole.
