arcane is broken. Its the only DPS that does WORSE as it does more dps. Mastery punishes DPS for loss of mana and highest tier talents punish DPS for loss of mana. Had I a raid opening for a single DPS, i would choose only chose arcane over arms warrior, marks hunter, or murlock oracle.
