Howard Dean said her name will be on the ballot. But I heard that this is just an empty gesture. Her name has to be allowed to be "placed in nomination". Otherwise, delegates cannot vote for her. Look it up. I think The Denver Group is fighting to place Hillary's name up for nomination.
