One thing our radio station here in the USA, KPFA, did from as far back as 1949, was to at least allow EVERY party a platform to be heard.
The Right Wing called the station a communist station, and the Democrats thought it was too far left, simply because the station allowed the viewpoints to be heard. In actuality, most Americans listened to the communist rantings and decided to vote otherwise, but at least being allowed to do so with an intelligent and informed decision.

Good luck to UKIP but I support the Common Market for one main reason: IT STOPS US KILLING EACH OTHER. I just remember World War 2. Politicians love to have wars. It gets them of the hook. Thank god this time around the Balkans did not cause World War 3 and Iraq and Afganistan have not widended. In my opinion the EEC has had a very positive influence in all this. The EEC and the EU are completely seperate ...The EEC is an economical arrangement to remove international trade barriers. This was agreed to by the UK electorate in two referenda in the 50's and 70's. The EU is a political union which inevitably involves the loss of nation sovereignty to legislative institutions like the EU Parliament, Commision, Council of Ministers etc, and European courts. This undermines national Parliaments and Courts. AND WAS NEVER AGREED TO IN REFERANDA IN THE UK.

Agricultural policy, commercial policy, fisheries policy, intra-EU immigration... There's a big list. The current president of the European 'parliament' claims the EU accounts for around 75% of all legislation, in fact.

I'm a radical leftist and I support his views as such about the European Union. But to my knowledge theres an other EU critical group that's more leftist in Britain.
