@deb1919, Fox may or may not put a spin on this, but any laws that limit our constitutional rights should be of grave concern. Attacking the messenger does not address this situation in any meaningful way.
Freedom of speech make this nation great nation, taking it away from us, we are taking it from nations our soldiars are fighting for...in otherewords,do not take away what you fight for...
Beside that Hospitals and nursing homes in lakewood N.J for health care were charging 35,hundrad, the way my son die in jersey shore university medical center, to me look like hate crime agains...tell me if i am wrong or for that am offending mention institutions?
.. no. the proposed purpose of the bill was to protect people who are "verbally assaulted" over the internet. if someone believed that they were victim. They would report their "attacker" to authorities... on the other hand, i do find it ridiculous that a bill like this would have to be made in the first place =\
Holy shit! Something on Fox news that I agreed with. Will wonders never cease? Napolitano (and to some extent Glenn Beck) are the only people on that network that I trust at all (though Glenn Beck can be an idiot at times too).
California has already laid the groundwork for all kinds of suits. Parents are being forced to either let their Kindergartners be exposed to gay propaganda or leave the school. We see the stirrings around global warming and radical environmentalism. On the issues where politicians and radicals can not win they will instead silence the opposition because for them the debate is dangerous.
Well, I better use my free speech rights here while I still can. And here is what I say: It looks like it's time to grab our pitch forks and march on Washington.
Rep. Tim Bishop [D-NY], Rep. Bruce Braley [D-IA], Rep. William Clay [D-MO], Rep. Joe Courtney [D-CT], Rep. Dan Davis [D-IL], Rep. Raul Grijalva [D-AZ], Rep. Phil Hare [D-IL], Rep. Brian Higgins [D-NY], Rep. Marcy Kaptur [D-OH], Rep. Mark Kirk [R-IL], Rep. Blaine Luetkemeyer [R-MO], Rep. Lucille Roybal-Allard [D-CA], Rep. John Sarbanes [D-MD], Rep. Zach Space [D-OH1],Rep. Dina Titus [D-NV], Rep. John Yarmuth [D-KY], Rep. Capps [D-CA]
Already had Kirk on my RINO list, looks like I'll have to make room for Luetkemeyer. I hope those represented by these losers are calling them nonstop to kill this bill.
It's Fox News. Therefore, meaningless.

With stuff like this going on, the movie Demolition Man might actually prove to be a realistic predicition of the future.

If I should be able to offend you, why should I not be able to hit or strike you?
I haven't really grasped this. Can a jury can prosecute you without the victims approval, it's fucked up.

They'll silence everyone but the DailyKos, Digg, and Huffington Post.

People, it's time to kick our own government's ass. It's been WAY overdue, and it is our duty.
D.C. doesn't care about following the Constitution, they are are only concerned with their own paychecks and grabbing any kind of power they can.
People, I urge you, stop voting for these fuckheads in D.C. You want real change? Start a revolution.
