How often does this thing break? I had a traxxas tmaxx 3.3 and i was dissapointed at how often it broke. I want something that could handle bigger jumps.

hands down this is the best nitro monster truck that was ever created..I own many nitro trucks and this one is the best ...best durability...it is fast out of the box and can handle hellish abuse...I own traxxas ..losi...duratrax...tamiya..al­l the big names...and HPI savage is the best ...anybody who thinks differently does not own a savage or is just in denial ...anybody who enjoys RC cars should own a savage...if you dont then you are missing out

yes. i realise this when I went out at the weekend with a savage and a 2 revos. savage's batteries ran out and it had a big flip crash. It just got back up with new batteries. The revos, died and i went for a savage in the end. :p

bend them both. the traxxas one staps at 10degess angle. the hpi can go to around 75.. plus it just bends back... way to go nylon LOL faggoty traxxas shit... a tmaxx cost 190 US to make. they sell for what 449?, fucking rip off

@daivik1994 ok savage is the best one out there and besides you can get extreamly reliable 2.4ghz for only $30 from nitrorcx.com its the fs-gt2 ive had it for 3 years and never had a problem with it.

Almost never. Just look at youtube videos for proof. It only breaks MAYBE after a 30FT jump. And even then its like a shock has burst, which is an easy fix.
