Hmm, very good, but whenever I see someone charging the gun and perfectly timing the Exceed charge ups I cant help but feel their using a cheating device.

If you are clean though, very impressive.

Actually, single-guage Exceed-ing isn't very hard; which is what this guy did for the most part. I don't play as Nero much, but I can consistantly do the single-guage charge after most sword attacks. As for the constant gun charging, it might seem impossible if you have the Shot button mapped to a face button, but if you have it on RT/R2 like most DMD players, you can hold it down to constantly charge and still have access to all the other attacks/moves/etc. This guy ain't cheating.
