I dont know why people still hold Savion to such a high level anyway.. 10 years ago he was the TOP DOG of the tap game..no doubt. (keep in mind I still think he is a great tap dancer and his musicality is brilliant) but over the years..people broke down his moves and took it to a much higher level.

Hoofin? i think not. you did that same back toe step like 200 times and u have no rhythm i didnt hear a story. plus there is only like 2 real hoofers out there savion and marshall davis. those are the only 2 (excuding the old guys who are utmost respected) that are considered hoofers. now, if u go back, get some rhythm, tell a story, and dont just keep the same beat the whole entire time, then i might have a little more respect.

nice - so what if there is savion influence. Most people can only dream of being able to emulate his style to this kind of standard.
How do you find a teacher though that can teach this stuff - all I ever seem to find is the old broadway style stuff.
