Interesting ... at first I was skeptical of how this would look since it has only 8 colors and no gradient smoothing, but it actually works pretty well. Nice work. Could be longer and zoom deeper, of course, but that's just my personal bias....
By the way, I'm using the Fractilizer software. I don't think it allows gradient smoothing (I haven't seen a control for this). Can you point me to better software? Would much appreciate it.
I see that what the Fractalizer software calls "Finesteps" allows control of color gradient.
