Hello, I am Alexander and I live in Italy. these videos are very interesting, I wanted to ask for help where I could buy the pulleys used in this video? thank you wings
I've never seen so much kit used just to get to the bottom of a 10m drop, more things to go wrong, more precious time wasted and more heavy kit slowing you down when you have to get to the IP. And I have to agree, what the hell happend at 5.13? lol
I was waiting to see how the guy was hoisted the guy out!
With the apropriate technique and your ATC you can get out.
The only thing that may be wrong on this video is how they drop the blue rope into th hole without even telling the kid they will drope a big bag. in real situation you can hurt the person really bad.
I love the piece of equipment you guys have in "tree belts" with the pulley stuff, how it is called? I want one of those !!!
Have a question maybe someone know because I thought it was a little weird but no big deal. I noticed that the radios these guys were using looked like simple simple GMRS consumer radios? Now I may be wrong but I thought offically sanctioned SAR teams had access to their own coordinated dedicated VHF etc? Now I know a lot of SAR teams are volunteer so you gotta figure money is an issue but really...are some of these folks really forced to use radio's which are not dedicated for SAR purposes ?
what kind of pack is that at 2:58? NEAX?

You'd be surprised how often something like this happens in real life situations.

Thats alot of pricy and unneeded gear... with the amount of ppl and time it took to set that up the boy could have been out and on evac.
