Sonny and Carly were already split when Sonny kidnapped Sam. Carly was seeing Lorenzo and i think had just bought that little cottage.
Sam was new in town, she was staying on her boat for awhile, and she was no longer seeing Jax. Sonny offered her a place but she said no, so she moved in there.
they have great chemistry but her and Jase together are explosive IMO.
