Ok, as a former Tomb Raider Legend Player, I will answer some of your questions. First off the sword can be obtain through a cheat you can unlock if you beat the time trial in the second to last level. The clothing can be either be unlocked by collecting the Gold Idols in each level, AND for the bikinis, you have to pretty much beat ALL of the time trials in each level to unlock them. There you go, and have fun going through the same bullshit i have to go through to get everything. Enjoy.

i'dont know about the gold reward but about the time trial i also had problem getting through first you should finish Bolivia Redux time trial then you will get the cheat for on shot kills then try kazakstan time trial because lots of time is wasted when riding the bike,it has a number of merceneries and they count the number of merceneries. when yo have have 1 hit kils them fast and less time is needed to finish
