Did you read my earlier note to about all the religions? I have heard the word Jihad on FOX news being used to scare its viewers. This is not about religion, this is about dominance and control of resources. I want to clear a few things up before I go.
I find the deaths of civilians in war terrible, regardless of their nationality, race, or religion. I don't value anyone more. And I wish Israel didnt have to go into Gaza.

It's terrible that so many civilians have been killed in this conflict, but most of the blame can be put onto Hamas and their tactics. Israel's fight is with Hamas, and they are trying hard to avoid civilian casualties. Israel has the right to defend its citizens against terrorist attacks.
I still havent had my question answered of: what should Israel have done in response to years of daily rocket attacks on its civilians?

There is a second war going on within this war, and it's one of world opinion. Hamas is doing very well, convincing the world that evil Israel is doing this and that, and that they're not doing anything wrong. They tell enormous lies to try and gain sympathy. "Israel is committing genocide" they say, and the West just laps it up and condemns Israel without being told the full story, or as is the case with many people, are unwilling to look at the full story.

So much of the world has such a hatred of Israel and the Jews that they're blinded to the reality. A look in a history book would show that Israel has just as much right to exist as Palestine. But I guess that's just Jewish propaganda...
I hope that one day there will be peace in the Middle East. That won't happen until Israel's right to exist is accepted though. Peace isn't free, it's something that must be fought for, and held onto.

Look on the idfnadesk YouTube channel and watch the videos of the bombing from the targeting cameras of aircraft. You can see secondary explosions after the detonation of the Israeli weapons, indicating stored explosives. This is propaganda though right? Perhaps you could show proof that those buildings didnt have explosives in them.

Under international law, Israel is justified in attacking Hamas as it is doing. It is defending its citizens from Hamas while trying to minimise civilian casualties in Gaza. Hamas has broken international law many times. They do so every time they fire rockets and mortars at Israeli civilians, and every time they store weapons in civilian buildings.

You don't need Israel to tell you they're secondary explosions to know what they are. In many cases theyre huge, and obviously not from the attacking weapon. Thats proof of explosives being stored in civilian areas. It's not my problem if you see it as propaganda. Can you show me proof that Hamas isn't storing weapons in civilian buildings?

I know Hamas claims they're firing rockets at Israel in response to Israel closing their border with Gaza, but Israel closed the border in response to years of rocket attacks by Hamas. Also, Israel has every right to control who can and cannot enter their country, and what can pass through it. Egypt has also closed their border with Gaza but Hamas isn't firing rockets at them.

Obviously Israel isn't perfect. If it was then no civilians would have been killed. It's a terrible fact of war that civilians get killed, and it's made even worse if the ones you're fighting purposely hide in, operate from, and store weapons in civilian areas. Israel is trying very hard to avoid civilian casualties. Unlike Hamas, they're not targeting civilians.
