@pobtab Um, I've done the shortcut without mushrooms, that's why my fastest yoshi circuit time is just under 1:50, you just have to time the drift release perfectly in a light kart so it boosts you enough. Although you land on the grass on the other side which slows you slightly and the shortcut only provides a 1.5 second advantage to going around so it doesn't really make much of a difference when time trialling :)
i fucking own in double dash! A-teching is in my blood =O, oh and im the only one that has EVER i think EVER got the yoshi hand shortcut with NO MUSHROOM! thats right i have it saved to prove it. its extremely hard to pull off but it can be done... i have proff....

ive done this in 1:48:962, and my fastest lap is 00:35:448, world record is like 10 secs faster than that, i cant believe it, good vid btw...
