Everytime a gov agent is accused of a crime, the courts will sometimes allow it to progress all the way a conviction, but in the end overturn it and then claim the gov is untouchable by the force of law. There is no basis of the gov agents being untouchable, it is only a matter of case law were judges over and over again overrule the jurys, and judges before them that have convicted gov agents of there crimes. They are not untouchable.

The owners of the wagons and horses were not licensed and would have never allowed there gov to demand they be licensed. Sure there are rules of the road, and sure you need to keep people off the road without the skills to operate on it, but that does not make it a privalage. It means you have a right to be on the road unless the gov can prove you're not capable of safe operation.

Everytime a gov agent is accused of a crime, the courts will sometimes allow it to progress all the way a conviction, but in the end overturn it and then claim the gov is untouchable by the force of law. There is no basis of the gov agents being untouchable, it is only a matter of case law were judges over and over again overrule the jurys, and judges before them that have convicted gov agents of there crimes. They are not untouchable.

The owners of the wagons and horses were not licensed and would have never allowed there gov to demand they be licensed.
