For you guys who's having problem with this mission, there are 2 ways to pass it... First is to go really fast and get to the plane's ramp, you can do that by tapping the "lean forward" key (default is up arrow) (repeatedly). And the second way is to destroy the plane before it takes off, and you can do that by using a minigun (gattling gun), after destroyed, ride your bike and go to the plane's ramp before it disappear (the plane will disappear few seconds after being destroyed).

It's a good mission but very unrealistic at the beginning. Why would they leave the cargo door open and if a door was open in an moving plane, CJ on it, and he wasn't holding onto something, he would fly right out. It's silly. But oh well......

Some people have a lot of problems with this mission if they don't turn their frame limiters off ;) Under "advanced settings" in the display settings set all the settings to low and the frame limiter off.And it'll be easy ;)

the key to getting on the plane is to stand on the seat of the bike on both of your feet as your getting closer to the plane, then jump off and get a grip on the left wing of the plane, break one of the windows open with the dildo then the air pressure of the plane will suck all the agents out, then slap the satchel charge on the side of the plane like a bumper sticker, tag grove street across the plane and freefall into the water by the dam.

@HeroChestnut Maybe you have slow framerate issue.Try turn off frame limiter or use minigun to shot the plane,the plane explode just get in with the bike,and you inside the plane but the plane is flying.(weird but it works for me.)

What I discovered is that this mission cannot be done on high graphics if your computer doesn't support it. So put it on lowest graphics and the mission becomes possible.
