Not sure if you're a local or a tourist, but this could be an awesome video if you could accomplish two major changes: Lighting, lighting, lighting, is the key to any well displayed video. Most of this video suffers from lack of light. The best presented intervals are when the light is captured and the viewer can actually see the terrain. Also, the rate of time lapse is too fast. Consider slowing it down if you can redo the drive. Otherwise, a very good choice for a "shoot."
