we who fly know crash is part of this hobby and everyone is a critic regardless. the camera was big but i would think the resolution would be better then a smaller one. i hope you do another video and best of luck to ya.
I think your weight and balance had a lot to do with the crash. When you hooked up the camera it didnt seem rock solid it moved around and if that heavy camera shifts one inch back from CG and it gets tail heavy its almost impossable to fly a tail heavy aircarft.
thats a dinosore of a camera i just buy one of them dijital cameras then you can just put it in side the window part then trying to put that junk thing back on it
can`t u read, it´s said, that this was taken in 1989. So this was the only thing possible and it was crazy enough to put something that heavy and expensive under his airplane. Digital Garbage was not thought of at that time.
Great video! How far we have come!! The new Eco Flycam is 14 grams and is controlled from the transmitter......i have taken some great footage with it.
2:25 knocked the color out of the camera lol

At first I was like "Woah they even had the micro cameras for RC planes in 1989!?" ... Until I saw that big thing strapped to the bottom.

I flew in the late 80s and our gear wasnt the best however pilot error was to blame for the short landing.... some times we have to burn them in...
