That was actually a C-130. A friend of mine has a dad that works on C-130's and I get to go and see him work on them.

Are you sure? it sounds like jest (c-130s don't use jets) and I live here in Tucson and listen to C-130s daily and thei didn't sound like any C-130 I'vew ever heard

Yea. Was it cold with dry air or was it hot and humid. If it was cold with dry air the C-130 will typically sound like that if it was hot and humid then i don't know what it was the next thing would be a USAF B-52H Stratofortures.
